CONTROLLI was born in 1936 as the first company in Italy dealing with control equipment for plants and machinery in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration sector and it is still now the main Italian manufacturer of control valves and actuator for the HVAC sector.  Since more than 75 years we use our skills and experience to provide our customers withturn-key solutions for living comfort and energy saving. 

Since 90s, CONTROLLI was part of different multinational group, Invensys Plc. and Schneider Electric being their European Center of Excellence for the design and manufacturing of field devices.  In August 2011 B. Group S.p.A. and a group of managers acquired the 100% of the company property with a Management Buy-Out operation, making CONTROLLI again a fully independent Italian company.  The main shareholder is  B.Group. - an entrepreneurial industrial holding company supporting the growth of enterprises through direct capital investments in partnership with their management and entrepreneurs. 

The whole engineering and manufacturing operations are performed in the Sant’Olcese Head Quarter where a modern equipped, innovative and environmentally friendly factory is based. The quality of all the engineering, manufacturing, logistic and sales processes is granted by a Quality System compliant to the European standard ISO 9001:2008.
