The customer must attach the withdrawal form for the refund of the money and a copy of the invoice together with the warranty and quality certificate. This form must be included on the package that will be sent back at the following address: S.C. FALKOR S.R.L. - Road. Targoviste-Bucuresti Dn 71 km. 8, Bungetu, Vacaresti, county Dambovita. The customer must send back the product without any damage, into its original state. The expenses for the shipment must be paid by the customer.
